The BayBreeze Lounge, founded in 2006 by Catherine Allen, was the first African American owned martini lounge in Erie's downtown district.  Her vision was to add a level of unmatched class and entertainment to the area by offering her clients a clean environment, outstanding customer service, and smooth Jazz and R&B to dance to.
